Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at PartSource, your leadership will be central to the store's success, encompassing customer service excellence, operational mastery, and robust team development. You will cultivate a sales-driven culture, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Foster a sales-driven culture and ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Drive outside sales through commercial accounts and new business development.
• Ensure compliance with visual standards, pricing, planograms, and inventory control.
• Oversee store maintenance, fleet compliance, and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Manage team scheduling, coaching, and development, including setting goals and conducting appraisals.
• Lead team meetings, resolve customer concerns, and manage recruitment and training initiatives.
• Mentor and motivate your team through recognition programs.
• Foster positive partnerships with the Commercial sales team to drive profitability.
• Maintain performance expectations and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
