What this site is

The Beaver Board is a job aggregator. We collect and display publicly available job listings from employer career pages, government portals, and other public sources. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We do not post jobs on behalf of companies and do not participate in hiring decisions.

Job listings are sourced from third parties and may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current but cannot guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of any job posting. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beaver Board and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost opportunities, reliance on listing information, or inability to access the Site.

Intellectual property

Job listing content is the property of the respective employers or sources. The Beaver Board’s site design, branding, and original content (summaries, categorization, editorial text) are our property. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our original content without permission.

Acceptable use

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download listings from the Site
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

The Site contains links to third-party websites (employer career pages, application portals). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
