As an ambassador for the customer experience, you will cultivate relationships with customers and provide essential mentorship and coaching to your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and developing your department team by setting clear expectations and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Providing continual coaching, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to team members.
- Building and managing a daily game and sales plan specifically for the footwear department.
- Creating development plans for full-time staff, offering support and coaching to address any performance gaps.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills through effective huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
