The Beaver Board respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright complaints. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.
About our content
The Beaver Board aggregates publicly available job listings from employer career pages and government portals. Each listing includes a link to the original source. If you are the original publisher of a job listing and wish to have it removed from our site, we will honour that request promptly.
Takedown request
To request removal of content, email bojan@kodawarians.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include:
- The URL(s) on our site where the infringing content appears
- The original source URL (your career page or publication)
- Your name and contact information
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to make the complaint
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge takedown requests within 2 business days and remove or disable access to the identified content within 5 business days of receiving a valid request.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with your identification, the removed content URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
