The Beaver Board (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates thebeaverboard.ca. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site and how we use it.

- Search queries — the job searches you perform on our site, used to improve search results and understand demand.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information through the site unless you contact us directly.

Cookies
Essential cookies: store your consent preference. These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies to measure site usage. These are only loaded after you grant consent via our cookie banner.

- Cloudflare R2 — stores media assets (company logos).
Data retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Consent preferences are stored locally in your browser for 365 days.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA (Canada) and Quebec Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email bojan@kodawarians.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days.
