Responsibilities

As the Department Sales Manager of Footwear, you will play a crucial role in both sales performance and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing your department team by setting clear expectations, maintaining open lines of communication, and providing continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
• Building and managing a daily game and sales plan specifically for the footwear department.
• Creating development plans for full-time staff, offering support and coaching to address and improve any performance gaps.
• Communicating effectively through proven methods such as huddles, meetings, and dedicated coaching sessions.
• Developing and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment for all staff within your department.

Requirements
