Responsibilities

• Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products, providing best-in-class service.
• Sales Delivery: Find opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and consistently deliver on sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers and driving overall customer retention.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the Rogers and Fido brands effectively in-store and at local community events.

What You'll Bring

• Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer-focused upselling, and consistently contributing to overall store performance.
• A knack for quickly adjusting to changing situations and finding solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
