  • Manage content production timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including design agencies and freelancers, to scale content production as needed.
  • Maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery for digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing updates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and content management system (CMS) dashboards to track content performance and engagement.
  • Create performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for content improvements.
  • Stay up to date on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Test new content formats, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling methods to ensure Rogers’ content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

What you'll bring

To excel in this Sr. Content Designer role, you will possess a blend of technical proficiency, creative talent, and collaborative spirit, enabling you to deliver exceptional digital content experiences.
