Your Impact

In this dynamic retail environment, your daily contributions will directly shape the customer journey and support the store's success. You will be a Knix ambassador, translating your passion for the brand into measurable growth and ensuring every customer feels confident and supported.

• Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit.
• Adopt a 'lean in' mindset toward sales targets, understanding that every KPI (AOV, CVR, UPT) reflects how well we serve our community.
• Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions.
• Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels.
• Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty.

• Treats feedback as a tool for success, proactively applying coaching to hit targets and support store success.
• A team player who strives to keep the floor positive, productive, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable handling difficult customer interactions and objections.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset.
• Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
• Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs.
• Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
