Responsibilities

• Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit.
• Work comfortably in a sales-driven environment, adopting a 'lean in' mindset toward sales targets and understanding that every KPI (AOV, CVR, UPT) reflects how well we serve our community.
• Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions.
• Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels.
• Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a Knix Ambassador who is inspired by our mission and driven to translate that passion into measurable brand growth. You are energized by a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, adapt quickly to change, and consistently strive to meet and exceed sales goals. A self-starter, you proactively connect with customers and optimize displays, understanding how to read customer cues to tailor each interaction. You naturally make people feel comfortable and confident, especially in fitting rooms, and view feedback as a tool for success.

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you’re great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
• Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.

• Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs.
• Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.

This role offers a compensation of $19.70 CAD per hour, alongside the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.
