Key Responsibilities and Contributions

As a Programmer Analyst focused on network systems, the incumbent will undertake a broad range of responsibilities crucial for the City's operational efficiency. This includes the essential tasks of installing, upgrading, and maintaining various network equipment and associated network support tools. Candidates will be responsible for preparing and modifying critical system and operating documentation, including detailed network diagrams and comprehensive knowledge articles, all while adhering to corporate standards.
