Key Responsibilities and Impact

In this dynamic role, you will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ongoing Care & Repair operations, tools, and systems across all regions. A core responsibility involves monitoring daily operational performance to ensure that workflows, tools, and partner execution consistently meet stringent quality, compliance, and turnaround standards. You will collaborate closely with service partners, providing recommendations and leading or supporting the implementation of changes aimed at continuous improvement. By analysing operational reports and metrics, you will identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the overall guest experience. What You Bring to the Team

Arc'teryx is seeking a candidate with a post-secondary education and at least three years of experience in a cross-departmental coordination role. You should bring proven experience in monitoring, analysing, and optimizing operational workflows, ideally within a multi-region or multi-partner environment.
