Core Responsibilities and Future Impact

In this Data Analyst, ReBIRD role, your core activities will involve performing extensive data manipulation and analysis to support key performance metrics across the service and repair network. You will be responsible for maintaining recurring forecasts and developing new forecasting techniques, ensuring the ReBIRD program operates with precision. A significant part of your contribution will be building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, including troubleshooting, debugging, refreshing, and publishing data to provide clear visibility. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence, Technology, and Supply Chain, you will translate business requirements into data specifications, representing company needs in after-sales returns and service projects. Your work will also involve improving data quality through research and analysis of product returns and trends, offering valuable product insights to design teams.
