Core Responsibilities and Impact
In this strategic role, you will act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for PRO Strategic accounts. Your responsibilities will include understanding the unique needs of these accounts, identifying opportunities for market growth, and helping them establish a strong community presence while ensuring brand alignment across their organizations. You will proactively respond to both in-season and pre-season opportunities, building deep relationships and delivering excellent account support to strategic end-user organizations that align with Arc'teryx's objectives and brand values.
A crucial aspect of this position involves providing regular, insightful market-level analysis on the current and future financial performance of your designated territory for strategic accounts. You will develop in-depth, long-range regional and account plans, including forecast models for partners, all based on the PRO strategy, Arc'teryx brand values, and established guidelines to foster enduring partnerships. These comprehensive plans will encompass marketing initiatives at the account level, community engagement efforts, and strategic investment strategies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with PRO leadership to implement dealer packages, selling tools, and best practices that ensure consistency across all sales opportunities. Sharing account feedback with relevant stakeholders and identifying pro market trends will also be key to influencing the long-term product line plan for Arc'teryx.
Ideal Candidate Profile and Compensation
We are seeking an individual with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of solution-based sales experience in a related field. The successful candidate will demonstrate an exceptional ability to understand customer problems and deliver outstanding outcomes and business results. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for connecting, influencing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems like SAP, and CRM software such as Salesforce is required.
