As a District Manager for Knix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's growing retail footprint across Canada. You will implement systems and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across locations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A key aspect of this role is owning financial performance, which includes optimising scheduling and payroll, and meticulously analysing performance data to drive sales and profitability. You will partner with Store Managers to develop and execute robust business plans aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and other vital metrics. Furthermore, you will grow and empower people by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Store Managers. This includes supporting hiring, onboarding, and talent development across your stores, fostering a values-driven culture grounded in inclusion, integrity, and strong performance. Ultimately, you will build a customer-focused business by championing the customer experience, ensuring consistency in service and brand standards, and using customer insights to deepen loyalty and retention for Knix.
