DashMart Team Member - DoorDash, North York

About the Role

As a DashMart Team Member with DoorDash in North York, you will be an integral part of our innovative DashMart store operations. DashMart is a unique convenience store concept where customers place their orders through the DoorDash app, and our dedicated team members fulfil them. This role involves ensuring efficient order processing and maintaining an organised warehouse environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

• Picking and Packing orders that come through the app, then handing them off to our drivers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management, including stocking receivables and managing shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization, which includes cleaning and maintaining an efficient workspace.
• Delighting Customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Qualifications

We are seeking self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a new concept business. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to manage inventory and fulfil customer orders effectively.

• You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
• You have a proven track record of success in a retail environment.
• You're able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
