About the Role at DashMart

DashMart, a unique store concept made possible by DoorDash, allows customers to order convenience and grocery items directly through the DoorDash app. As a DashMart Team Member, you will be integral to fulfilling these orders, working within a real brick-and-mortar convenience store environment. This role involves handling a diverse range of products, from everyday essentials to specialty food items, partnering with both well-known brands and local craftspeople. You will play a key part in ensuring customers receive their order accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders: Accurately pick items that come through the app, pack the order securely, and efficiently hand them off to our DoorDash drivers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management: Stock incoming receivables and meticulously manage inventory levels, including monitoring shelf life to ensure product freshness.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and store environment, contributing to operational efficiency.
• Delight Customers: Ensure any substitutions for customer orders are approved with the customer, maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications

DoorDash is seeking self-motivated, positive, and collaborative individuals to join the DashMart team. Candidates should be eager to contribute to a new concept business and help build its success.

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
• Proven track record of success in a retail environment.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and handle various warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay, with a $2 per hour increase for shifts between 10pm and 6am.
