Recognizing the importance of safety and efficiency, a safety and fuel bonus is paid quarterly. Additional financial incentives include payment for pick-ups, drops, and wait times, subject to certain restrictions. Owner operators will also receive a uniform allowance and benefit from a company contribution towards the cost of painting their truck. Optional Group Insurance benefits are available, including downtime insurance, demonstrating Midland Transport Limited's commitment to the well-being and financial security of its Class 1 driver team.
