Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent stock condition and uphold showroom standards, ensuring a clean and safe shopping and work environment.
• Assist with merchandising efforts and store product set-up to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive sales by actively engaging customers, employing suggestive selling techniques, and sharing comprehensive product knowledge.
• Provide face-to-face assistance to customers, offering specialized and sound advice on all home appliance products, supporting products, warranty plans, pickup and delivery options, and payment and financing options, with a clear focus on closing the sale.
• Work effectively with a diverse range of customers, selling a wide array of appliance products to meet varying needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, skillfully close the sale, and diligently follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing and resolving any customer needs or complaints.
