- Maintain and continuously improve ALM-related policies, procedures, methodologies, and controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure all operating procedures, models, assumptions, and reporting processes are thoroughly documented, reviewed, and updated on a regular basis.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic initiatives, regulatory requests, management inquiries, and business decisions.
- Participate in projects related to treasury management, balance sheet optimisation, regulatory reporting, model enhancements, and process improvements.
What You'll Bring

- 5–7 years of experience in ALM, Treasury, Capital Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, or a related finance function.
- Experience working within a financial institution (bank, credit union, trust company, insurance company, or other regulated financial services organisation) and adhering to guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in balance sheet analysis, interest rate risk, and liquidity management.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
