Your Impact

As a Registered Nurse on the Perioperative Nursing Resource Team, your primary responsibility will be the planning, executing, directing, and evaluating of both direct and indirect nursing care for surgical patients. Your expertise will ensure high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey. This role requires working a variety of shifts, including on-call, to meet the operational needs of our busy surgical department. • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
• Perioperative Certification required
• Minimum three years OR experience preferred

• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
• Strong critical thinking skills
• A positive, caring attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
