Your Responsibilities as a Night Supervisor

As a Night Material Handling Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our night operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards. You will lead your team of associates, encouraging them to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, all while maintaining excellent merchandising and product knowledge. Your leadership will directly contribute to generating gross sales and providing exceptional service.

• Lead associates and encourage them to build relationships with customers and their colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and generate gross sales, while possessing excellent merchandising and product knowledge.
• Ensure sufficient staffing within the department or service to meet business needs.
• Manage associate performance by providing development opportunities, communicating responsibilities and objectives, recognizing and rewarding their efforts, and offering continuous feedback.
• Review numerous reports, including sales reports, and collaborate with the Assistant Manager to formulate recommendations to improve inventory, overhead organization, and merchandising of related products to boost sales.
• Ensure stock availability at all times and adherence to overhead organization plans.
• Analyze, resolve, and report customer issues appropriately.
• Communicate store sales, events, and promotional activities during daily and weekly department or service meetings.
• Ensure compliance with and clearly communicate all safety and asset protection standards and protocols.
