This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through a consultative approach, ensuring accuracy and detail in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for providing quotes, assessing customer needs, and completing sales.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for design and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this Kitchen Designer position will possess strong sales acumen and a commitment to continuous learning. Your ability to connect with customers and provide expert knowledge will be key to success in this role.

• 1-2+ years of experience working in a sales driven environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent reading, communication, math and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of construction and the ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
• Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets along with design software experience an asset (e.g. 20/20; AutoCAD).

Day-to-Day

In this dynamic role, your daily activities as a Kitchen Designer will revolve around engaging customers, creating detailed designs, and managing sales processes to help achieve department goals. You will be directly involved in guiding customers through their kitchen renovation journey.

• Achieving individual sales targets to support overall department goals, which will require following up on open quotes to close sales.
• Engaging kitchen customers and using our 20/20 system to provide designs, product options and quotes.
• Assisting customers with product knowledge in adjacent departments, special orders and installation services.
