Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the Purchasing Department's needs in an assigned area of commodities and/or services. Your daily tasks will include:

• Purchasing products – order placement and follow-up
• Inventory control
• Delivery schedules
• Back order reports
• Special assignments and projects as assigned by the Purchasing Manager

Requirements

To succeed in this Junior Buyer role, candidates should possess a blend of formal education and practical experience, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. • Associate’s Degree
• Up to 2 years of experience with Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Materials
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communications
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
