About the Role

As an associate, you will need to quickly learn about our diverse range of products and company policies, ensuring customers receive accurate information and excellent support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

On a daily basis, the LBM Associate will engage in a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the store and superior customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide superior customer service – this includes greeting customers, providing information, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Maintain store standards – Inventory, Replenishment and Merchandising.
  • Learn about new products and attending department specific training when provided.
  • Work safely by following all safety standards.
  • Prepare invoices, quotes, credit invoices and delivery invoices.

This role can be quite physical, involving standing, walking, and lifting. To support your work, in-house forklift training will be provided, ensuring you have the necessary skills to handle our products safely and efficiently.
