The opportunity

The LCBO is hiring fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representatives in Norwich, Ontario, from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Your impact

Reporting directly to the Store Manager at 93 Main Street West, you will keep the store running smoothly and assist local patrons throughout the festive rush. In this role, your core responsibilities include:

• Serve customers using the POS and cash system promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
• Ask for customer donations in support of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate actively in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive incoming inventory, replenish merchandise, face up products on store shelves, and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all
• Repeatedly lift product cases of various sizes and weights up to 40 lbs (18 kg) while standing for extended periods

Skills and experience

This position is suited for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic retail setting and delivering great service alongside team members. Qualifications and availability requirements include:

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN), Student Permit, or Work Permit
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered a bonus
• Required availability on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to close
• Required availability all day Saturday and Sunday for 4-to-8-hour shifts
• Mandatory holiday availability on Christmas Day (December 25), Boxing Day (December 26), and New Year's Eve (December 31)
• Flexibility for additional shifts between Monday and Thursday as store needs arise, noting schedules are posted two weeks in advance and short-notice shifts may occur
