Holiday Customer Service Representative - LCBO, Creemore

Key duties

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take on several hands-on retail responsibilities to keep the store running smoothly during the busy holiday season.

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time

Who we're looking for

We are seeking customer-focused individuals who want to make a positive impact and become a friendly, helpful go-to expert for customers in Ontario.

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit)
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus

Through paid online training, you will build your customer service skills and discover the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits. This experience gives you the confidence to support customers and make their holiday shopping experience memorable while working alongside a supportive team.
