About the Opportunity

Join the Rogers Communications West Network Implementation team in Edmonton, AB, as a Delivery Specialist. This role is crucial in providing wireline project delivery support to regional implementation teams, contributing to the growth and health of Rogers' network. You will be part of a Technology team dedicated to connecting Canadians to the people and things that matter most, managing a robust portfolio of leading-edge technology.

Key Duties

As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of wireline projects, providing essential support and coordination across various teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide team support on meeting specific timelines and field coordination completing audits and inspections.
  • Ensure stakeholder requests are followed through in a timely manner with appropriate communication.
  • Maintain construction relationships with contractors, consultants, utilities, and municipalities for permitting and infrastructure access.
  • Perform as-built sign off and infrastructure record accuracy, confirming scope completion to Rogers’ standards as part of project close out.
  • Provide onsite representation of Rogers with developers and contractors, including but not limited to material deliveries and completion timelines.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this Delivery Specialist role, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to project management. We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Dedication to ownership and self-management.
  • The ability to be resourceful at identifying gaps in process flow and customer service, and able to manage projects and initiatives to eliminate those obstacles.
  • Communication management.
  • Excels at managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleagues, and team members.
  • Industry and Project Management experience preferred.
  • Cable Plant recognition.
  • Valid Driver's License.
