What You'll Do
In this Universal Banker I role, you will proactively engage with clients, leveraging CIBC’s best-in-class mobile and online banking options to recommend the right products and solutions. You'll be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be open to working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver a great client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client engagement: Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Utilize your knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
- Relationship building: Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities. Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
- Leveraging technology: Become a technology expert, sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs.
Requirements
