Day-to-day

As part of the team at the mill, your daily responsibilities will include supporting various production activities and ensuring smooth operations.

• Support production activities throughout various areas of the mill
• Provide relief coverage during employee breaks and vacation periods
• Assist with mill maintenance and production labor activities
• Follow all safety standards and workplace procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, stacking, and handling materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

To be successful in this student role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Be enrolled in high school, post-secondary education, or accepted into a post-secondary program for Fall 2027
• Be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Be able to perform physical work, including lifting, pulling, and stacking materials
• Demonstrate concern for quality work and workplace safety
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment
• Be a quick learner
