As a Flooring Associate with Kent, part of J.D. Irving, you will help customers fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements. As knowledgeable sales professionals, you will make recommendations that solve customer problems and enhance their shopping experience across administration and retail operations.

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Clarify and understand customers' needs and take them to the best solution for their projects
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Produce quotes, material lists and follows up
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
• Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
• Continually learn about products and market conditions
