About the role

The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) is inviting applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the BIOD26H3F Fungal Biology and Pathogenesis course within the Department of Biological Sciences. This is a crucial opportunity to deliver a comprehensive, lecture and tutorial-based course designed to explore the fungal kingdom and its significant impact on animal and plant health. All duties for this unit are performed in person on the UTSC campus.

Qualifications

  • Near completion of a Ph.D.
  • Experience in teaching topics in fungal biology as described in the course calendar

Your impact

As a Sessional Lecturer for the BIOD26H3F Fungal Biology and Pathogenesis course at UTSC, you will play a vital role in educating students on the properties of major fungal pathogens that contribute to disease in animals (including humans) and plants.
