Key Responsibilities and Leadership

As a Senior Organization Change Manager, you will lead the change strategy, stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and value realization across complex Microsoft engagements, including significant AI-enabled transformation programs. A core aspect of this role involves leading organizational and operational change strategy for Microsoft technology and AI solution implementations. This includes assessing change readiness, understanding stakeholder impact, evaluating business process change, and determining organizational capacity for change. Securing executive alignment and engaging impacted business, IT, leadership, and user groups is paramount for successful delivery. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive adoption, communication, training, feedback mechanisms, and sustainment plans, all carefully aligned to client culture and their unique business rhythm. Furthermore, defining and reporting value measures such as productivity gains, ROI, cost reduction or avoidance, market share growth, and improved experience is a critical component of this management position. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and coaching both Microsoft and client change teams, ensuring program delivery meets quality standards, margin expectations, customer satisfaction, and manages risks effectively. Support for ACSM architects and consulting specialists in scope, sizing, pre-sales, and delivery coordination is also an important part of this experience.

Qualifications for Success

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of leadership experience in a relevant area of business, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Anthropology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. An advanced change management certification, such as Prosci and/or ACMP Master, is highly preferred. Ideal candidates will bring ten or more years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, organizational change management, or related fields, including global engagement delivery.
