Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise clients by organizing technical, support, and business resources to ensure value delivery for their security needs.
• Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of effective solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close Security opportunities, driving significant sales.
• Hunt new Security opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Microsoft's security offerings.
• Initiate Security discussions with business decision makers, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas, acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
• Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, develop compete plans, conduct forecasting, and perform business analysis to pursue high-potential customers.
• Work with peers and the organization to deliver excellence in culture, supporting priorities such as Diversity and Inclusivity, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Giving, and Learning.
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest in personal learning within the Cybersecurity arena.

Requirements

Candidates for this Digital Solution Area Specialist role should possess a strong background in technology sales and a proven ability to drive security-focused business solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or a related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
• Proven self-starter able to work towards delivery of goals as best practices are being developed.
• Able to drive technical security conversations.
• Fluency in French communication would be an important asset.

Compensation
