Key Responsibilities

• Set the standard for safety, service, and merchandising while coaching and developing your team.
• Achieve sales goals by balancing performance across Retail, Pro, and Install Sales channels.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
• Maintain compliance, control shrink, and uphold operational and safety standards.
• Partner with leaders across departments to align sales, inventory, and staffing priorities.
• Invest in associate growth through coaching, training, and creating opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
• Bilingual (French/English).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a complex, multi-business retail environment.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.
• Ability to relocate within Atlantic Canada for future career growth opportunities is preferred but not required.
