What You'll Do

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding the overnight freight team, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment. Your duties will include:

• Lead the overnight freight team by setting high standards in safety, customer service, and merchandising.
• Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to associates, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
• Monitor and support associate performance through coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
• Address associate and customer concerns professionally and constructively.
• Participate in inventory management, marketing execution, and team meetings.
• Perform general sales associate duties as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
