Key duties

In this Order Picker role, your daily responsibilities will focus on maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse operation, ensuring the smooth flow of products to our customers. A strong commitment to safety is paramount in all tasks you undertake to meet operational standards.

• Works safely at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols.
• Acknowledges and assists customers as required, providing excellent service.
• Organizes and maintains displays including promotional signage and price labels for various products.
• Loads, unloads, replenishes and restocks various areas within the warehouse.
• Follows proper processes and completes paperwork for order picking, returns or identifying damaged goods.
• Learns about new products to better assist customers and manage inventory.
