Overnight Freight Flow Associate - J.D. Irving, Halifax

Key Duties

As an Overnight Freight Flow Associate with J.D. Irving in Halifax, you will partner with the logistics team to efficiently process and organize incoming freight shipments. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of products through our distribution centre, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely distribution to meet our customers' needs.

• Receive product, ship product, and ensure its accuracy.
• Distribute products to departments.
• Material handling.
• Stocking/replenishment of products.
• Use electronic devices.
• Inventory management.
• Flyer/Ad set up.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

We are seeking a self-starter and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as an associate. The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.

• Must have a means of transportation.

• 21 or over for forklift operation.
