Role overview

This pivotal Manager, Care Team position with the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Regina offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of health care in Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Director of Continuing Care Urban (Regina), you will serve as a key leader, collaborating with system leaders to advance the province’s healthcare objectives. This role is integral to the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, focusing on operational excellence within the Extended Care Unit Main 6.

Your impact

As the Manager, Care Team, your leadership will directly influence the quality and delivery of patient-centred care. You will be responsible for establishing clear operational lines of sight, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. This involves developing and executing operational and business plans, including their cascading, monitoring, reporting, and necessary course corrections. Your ability to foster an innovative and positive working climate, alongside a strong client-centric culture, will be crucial. You will work cross-functionally within the portfolio and across the organization, building partnerships with both system and community stakeholders to support vital health operations.

Experience
