About the Role

As a ScotiaMcLeod Assistant Branch Manager, you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team, contributing significantly to the overall success of the branch. This management position focuses on ensuring a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies within the wealth management environment.

Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting advisor teams and fostering a high-performance environment. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and the strategic adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy, enhancing the overall employee and client experience.

  • Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day issues
  • Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
  • Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
  • Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
  • Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Build and create a high-performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
  • Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviors
