As Maintenance Manager, you will be entrusted with owning the plant's overall maintenance, reliability, and asset strategy. A key aspect of this role is to lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture and setting the standard for safety leadership and regulatory compliance within the facility. You will coach and develop a skilled maintenance and engineering team, actively mentoring engineers, supervisors, and future leaders to achieve their full potential. The position demands a proactive approach to drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives, aiming to significantly improve uptime and reduce operational costs. This includes comprehensive ownership of planning, scheduling, execution, and contractor performance, ensuring all activities align with our high operational standards.
