As a Financial Services Representative II, you'll be an integral member of the Personal and Business Banking team. Working in a fast-paced banking centre in Kamloops, BC, you'll foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, and provide tailored service. Your expertise will help recommend the right products and solutions to support their financial success. This role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver a great client experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Day-to-day
In this Financial Services Representative II role, you'll drive client success through a range of key daily activities, ensuring our clients' banking needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advising them on solutions and providing a forward-looking financial plan.
- Utilise your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their financial goals.
- Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities, deepening existing relationships and growing your network.
- Work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities within CIBC.
- Become a technology expert, sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications to help them better manage their banking needs.
