As a Financial Services Representative within the Personal and Business Banking team in Stonewall, MB, you will play a vital role in making a significant difference in clients' lives. This contract position involves fostering key relationships, understanding client financial and personal goals, and providing informative, tailored service. You will recommend the right banking products and solutions to help them achieve financial success. To ensure a great client experience, flexibility to work varied banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, is essential. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Use your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities. Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
  • Become a technology expert, sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs.
