What you'll do

As a Client Service Representative at CIBC in West Vancouver, you will be a vital member of the Personal and Business Banking Team. Working in a dynamic banking centre, you'll leverage your knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs. Your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and helps clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires you to be on-site full-time and flexible to work various banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.

  • Serve as the first line of support for clients, answering questions and assisting with transactions.
  • Proactively connect clients with the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their financial goals.
  • Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on a positive client experience.
  • Listen attentively to client issues, ask clarifying questions, and take accountability for finding solutions.
  • Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other technology to help them better manage their banking needs.
