About the role

As a Financial Service Associate at CIBC in Newmarket, ON, you will join the Business Banking Team, playing a crucial role in supporting high-value clients. This position involves partnering closely with Financial Advisors to help clients secure their futures and establish their businesses. Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to client success and team productivity through various key responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Leverage your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide comprehensive information. You will partner with your Financial Advisor to help clients meet their financial goals.
  • Problem Solving: Actively listen, ask insightful questions, and empathise with the client’s perspective. Take accountability for resolving client issues and know when to collaborate with others to find effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently prepare client files, manage appointment bookings, and maintain schedules. You will contribute to overall team success by improving productivity and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
