Position Summary

As a Client Service Representative (Spanish) within the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will play a crucial part in a fast-paced banking centre in Toronto. You will use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. This is a key administration job in Toronto, where you'll be the first line of support, assisting clients with transactions, answering questions, and proactively connecting them with the right CIBC team members to help them achieve their financial goals. This part-time role requires you to be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be able to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver a great client experience. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this Client Service Representative role at CIBC, you will be expected to:
- Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful. Connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals.
- Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes. Take accountability for client issues and know when to lean on others to create a better solution together.
- Become a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs.
