This role is a key part of this team, working closely with the Employee Activations team, a vital pillar of the Global People & Culture Enablement and Experience team, to bring the Arc'teryx culture to life through thoughtful employee moments, workplace programming, events, and activations that foster connection, energy, and belonging across all company spaces.

Core Responsibilities & Future Growth

As the Facilities & Workplace Experience Specialist, you will serve as the primary on-site contact for the Great Northern Way office, ensuring every employee and guest enjoys a safe, welcoming, functional, and well-supported workplace experience. This involves building strong relationships across various business units and stakeholders to effectively understand and support diverse workplace needs. You will be expected to respond swiftly and efficiently to all workplace requests, resolving issues with timely, thoughtful, and high-quality service. Managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and landlords is crucial for maintaining seamless day-to-day operations, covering office services, supplies, maintenance, and general workplace requirements. The role also encompasses supporting the planning, coordination, communication, and delivery of essential facilities maintenance, along with various workplace improvements and projects.
