Key Responsibilities and Programs
The Employee Experience Manager will lead and collaborate with HR and business leaders on a diverse range of employee experience programs. These include engagement strategies, a comprehensive Listen Strategy, in-office experiences, and critical employee journeys such as onboarding, offboarding, and candidate experiences. A core aspect of this role involves developing, implementing, and sustaining impactful programs that align with Definity’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, with a focus on building highly engaged teams. The manager will act as a subject matter expert, advising senior leaders on talent management and employee experience strategies that support business objectives. Gathering stakeholder feedback and analysing industry trends will be crucial for refining programs and driving continuous improvement. Furthermore, the role involves co-leading the employee survey platform, such as Qualtrics, to design and administer surveys, analyse employee feedback, and provide actionable recommendations.
