In this dynamic role, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service and achieving strong sales results. Your daily responsibilities include proactively engaging Costco members to understand their financial needs and identify opportunities for both immediate and long-term financial goals. You will expertly complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, providing high-level information on other CIBC banking products such as mortgages or registered investments, within the agreed product mix for Costco. When clients require non-deposit account advice, you will make viable introductions to colleagues at appropriate banking centres. Demonstrating service excellence means being visible and accessible to clients, ensuring that all financial solutions meet their specific needs. This position requires an entrepreneurial approach, comfort in a self-managed environment, and the ability to leverage technology by promoting and demonstrating digital banking options to make banking easier for our clients. You will also manage kiosk operations, including opening and closing, and may need to commute between nearby Costco Warehouses in Kirkland, Quebec, working rotational shifts, including weekends and some statutory holidays, to provide consistent banking service.
