Success will be measured by your ability to support and achieve OKRs related to these objectives, contributing directly to the evolution of how local economies grow through technology jobs in Toronto.

We are seeking a versatile individual who excels both as a generalist, capable of building overarching strategy, and as a specialist, able to dive deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement. You should be a self-starter, biased towards action, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Comfort with ambiguity is essential, as is the ability to bring structure, organization, and focus to your work and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can identify core issues and propose solutions. You should be comfortable using SQL to analyze data and create new data tables, build dashboards to track key metrics, and develop high-level financial models. - You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or other related areas.
- Nice to have: Experience using Figma/Adobe After Effects to develop creative assets.
- Nice to have: Experience using Claude Code.
What You'll Do
- Build: Work on novel initiatives, building experiences and launching plans from the ground up.
- Strategize: Develop DoorDash's path to excellence using first principles and empathy, identifying emerging trends to decide when to double down or try new approaches.
- Experiment: Use data to run tests on a wide range of elements, from promotional campaigns to new in-app creative assets.
- Analyze: Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions and iterate based on insights, continuously seeking improvements leveraging performance data.
- Collaborate: Work with a variety of teams, including marketing, merchant, product, engineering, finance, and analytics, to execute on plans and drive growth strategy.
